    Production Support Engineer

    We are looking for a support engineer with the desire to solve complex problems within a fast-paced environment.  You will be a champion of quality and efficiency, employing your technical skills to solve our customers most complex issues. You will work as one of the final levels of escalation for issues coming from our already very technical customer support team.

    Responsibilities

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Deliver solutions to our customers most pressing issues, working directly with the customer when necessary
    • Become an expert in our products, providing guidance and know-how to our development and customer support teams
    • Contribute to the production code-base, including enhancements and internal tooling
    • Improve our products by reproducing customer problems and implementing the solution to ensure we are continually improving

    Qualifications

    Must Haves:

    • Strong desire to investigate and solve problems
    • Proficiency with C# and .NET
    • Proficiency with consuming RESTful APIs
    • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
    • Strong technical reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

    Nice to Haves:

    • Background in technical support of enterprise platform technologies
    • Experience with AngularJS
    • Proficiency with SQL, Stored Procedures, DDL; hands-on experience with databases like SQL Server
    • Experience working in cloud-based platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
    • Experience with Git
    • Knowledge of client server and web development
    • Experience with Entity Framework
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Experience with TypeScript
    • 3+ years of Software Engineering Experience or less if local to the Granger, IN area and could be on-site
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
