    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Mentor and guide other teams members to improve technical design and team cohesion
    • Keep abreast of new technology developments
    • Continuously improve development processes, coding best practices, and participate in code reviews
    • Work with team members to design, develop and test, new features or improve already existing features
    • Review and analyze available software and enhancements to recommend any changes to the current system and to reduce technical debt and improve applications

    Qualifications

    • Strong proficiency with C# and .NET
    • Proficiency with SQL, Stored Procedures, DDL; hands-on experience with databases like SQL Server
    • Experience with AngularJS/Angular or another front-end framework
    • Strong knowledge of general algorithms, design patterns and good coding practices
    • Proficiency with developing and consuming RESTful APIs
    • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
    • Strong technical reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Entity Framework
    • Desire to keep abreast of new development technologies
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • 5+ years of Software Engineering Experience
    • Experience with asynchronous programming, async and await
    • Experience with dependency injection and IoC containers

    Nice to Haves:

    • Experience working in cloud-based platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
    • Experience with Git
    • Experience with TypeScript
    • Knowledge of client server development
    • Knowledge of microservices
    • Experience with NuGet, NPM, Yarn or other package management systems and tools
    • Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodology, preferably within an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
