We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our Inside Sales Team. You will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals, monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the house sales and customer service teams in a growing technology company.
  • Define sales targets, sales strategy, and lead generation.
  • Coach, train, and mentor 16 plus employees.
  • Sales Manager is responsible for managing team, ensuring quotas met, hiring, training, coaching, and strategically growing both teams.
  • House sales team is responsible for upgrading legacy accounts and current clients to more streamlined solutions of our product and service.
  • Customer service responsible for assisting clients with various issues to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
  • House sales reps carry monthly upgrade quotas.

Qualifications

  • Leadership Skills: Motivate employees, working with them to set and meet sales goals. Resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze sales numbers to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies. Good analytical skills will help you set proper goals and determine pricing.
  • Customer Service: Ability to speak with dissatisfied customers and/or entertain high profile clients.  Excellent customer service skills will be necessary.
  • Communication Skills: A big part of sales and leadership is communication. You will need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations.
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented.
  • Innovative, generating original solutions and lots of ideas.
  • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly.
  • Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management: They are committed to helping others be successful.
  • Ability to unite a team under a shared vision and know what motivates each member.
  • Analytical skills: They use data-driven reports to spur sales coaching sessions and empower reps to take ownership of their opportunity pipelines. They understand pricing, margins, and discounting impacts.
  • The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
