We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business owners and operations team members.  Accounts managers will collaborate between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs.


Account Manager Role:

  • You will be responsible for 300-500 active customers in the commercial market segment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
  • Proactive, consultative positioning and qualifying accounts to SaaS platform prior to and during the renewal cycle.                                                                                                                              
  • Analyze and prioritize warm call lists to dormant accounts and qualify customers for SaaS platform.                                                                                                                                                     
  • Renew services for customers on current software solutions while continuing to position and qualify for SaaS platform.



  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers including booking orders and entering support cases.
  • Upsell accounts to SAAS platform in the largest customer segment.                                                                                                                                                                                                         
  • Renew services for customers on current software solutions while continuing to position and qualify for SAAS platform.                                                                                                                    
  • Field incoming calls from current customers and qualify accounts for upsell, cross-self and reactivation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Our current retention is world class and we want to improve every year.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our customers so that they recommend and refer us to take care of their peers.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your segment and communicate process and program improvements, to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.


  • Proven account management or other relevant experience in technology sales, specifically software/SaaS is desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with business owners and their teams.
  • Experience in delivering demos for client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience in a similar role.
