This position is responsible for providing support to Project Managers and coordinating with customers.



  • Provide task coordination, scheduling and administrative support to Project Managers.
  • Coordinate with customers and assist Project Managers with project tracking for those customers.
  • Maintain and manage calendars for 3-5 individuals
  • Assist with various project coordinator/administrator duties such as email correspondence, preparing documents, collating data, and other tasks as assigned.


  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator/admin role preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience with Outlook or similar Calendaring system
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on various side projects with varying deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office products, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM a plus
  • Experience with ZenDesk a plus
