This position is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of custom customer integrations for internal and external clients.  Additionally plan, maintain and support the data integration processes for various vendor applications.  The Senior Integration Developer is responsible for assisting in the ongoing development of technical best practices, integration standards, customer and third-party vendor integrations, mentoring team members and related activities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage integration of client and vendor
  • Build extensible data acquisition and integration solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the customer
  • Implement processes and improve logic to extract, transform, and distribute data to and from a SaaS product
  • Optimize data integration platform to provide optimal performance under increasing data volumes
  • Develop quality standards to ensure data quality and integrity in all client and vendor integrations
  • Provide problem-solving expertise and sophisticated analysis of system to improve business intelligence integration
  • Develop integration standards according to the organization’s information services policies as well as best practices
  • Conduct review of other integration developers’ development efforts to ensure consistent methodologies are followed and to make recommendations where necessary
  • Work with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment
  • Convert physical integration models and other design specifications to source code
  • Ensure high quality and optimum performance of data integration systems to meet business solutions
  • Follow company guidelines for programming and documentation


 Position Skills

  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodology, preferably within an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with object oriented practices
  • In depth knowledge of C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation languages, including SQL, Stored Procedures, DDL; hands-on experience with databases like SQL Server and Azure SQL, XML, JSON, XSLT
  • Strong knowledge of general algorithms, design patterns, and good coding practices
  • Knowledge of client server and web development, Angular 1.5 – 2.0 and MVC 5.0 preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience managing developers with various levels of skill
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
