We have an opening for an entry level implementation specialist to provide training and assistance to users of our hardware and software offerings. Our customers vary in experience and technical expertise ranging from computer experts to first time users. We have a great team of technicians who are good at what they do, know how to get the job done and have plenty of fun.

We consistently receive high Customer Satisfaction scores on the quality of our product support. The ideal candidate must be able to project confidence and have well developed people and conversational skills. Good phone communications with customers who have differing degrees of technical skills is a must.


  • Schedule outbound calls with customers to provide training or assistance
  • Train clients to become subject matter experts
  • Troubleshooting tier 1 technical issues as necessary
  • Learn and understand all of ExakTime product line and services
  • Work as a team with customer service reps and help with efficiency
  • Interface between the Sales and Technical Support Departments
  • Proactively follow up on customers inquiries regularly
  • Assist customers with downloading and installing files from the web
  • Using the web to research technical issues
  • Work comfortably with Android and iOS, including installing and supporting mobile applications
  • Write documentation on how processes and procedures are handled for products


  • 1+ years in Product Implementation or Product Training (or 2+ years with a year or more in a technical support role)
  • 1+ years in Technical or Product Support providing phone support for technology products to customers (not IT) preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual or conversational) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills
  • Typing Minimum 60 WPM
  • Great verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills and organization
  • Proactive, responsible, and a quick-learner
  • Requires an extreme eye for detail
  • Experience managing multiple customers during onboarding period
  • Experience with handling large call volumes a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook are required
  • Experience creating product support documentation a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL 2005, 2008, or newer a plus
  • Highschool Diploma/GED Required
  • BA/BS Preferred
