We are looking for a sharp, passionate, resilient and highly motivated Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to introduce Exaktime’s SaaS workforce solution to prospects in various assigned geographic areas. This role requires someone who has demonstrated success in presenting and closing deals over the phone using value-based selling methodology and persuasive communication skills.

What You’ll Do:
• Respond to inbound sales leads – YES – Inbound Sales Leads for companies who have 50-100 employees
• Develop relationships and aggressively acquire new business through telephone, email and online presentations
• Drive new business customer acquisition from beginning to close of sale
• Ensure and monitor successful customer implementation and training
• Create and manage relationships with businesses by demonstrating value as workforce management consultant, including ROI analysis and sharing of industry best practices
• Build a strong pipeline of business opportunities to support a monthly quota
• Achieve monthly goals and track/manage sales activity in NetSuite
• Monitor individual sales activity, pipeline and forecast
